Power Feeds
Mason Mechanical is a proud
supplier of SERVO Power Feeds, applicable to most milling machines for all three
axis. Introducing a SERVO power feed to your milling machine will produce more
and better quality parts without the continual drudgery of having to hand-crank
your mill. The SERVO feeds come in two main styles, depending on the application
you need.

- Type 150:
Most popular and commonly used for Table and Cross feeds
- Type 140:
The "workhorse" model, used for Knee power feed, and for application
requiring higher torque.

Standard Features
|
- Higher Torque than competitive models.
- Controlled Feed rate increases cutting tool life.
- Smooth Finish, regulated control eliminates most second finish
cuts.
- Automatic Shutoff at the end of a cut with electric limit switches.
- Superior Thermal Characteristics for higher loading.
- Easy Installation with mounting hardware kits for more than
seventy mills.
- Trouble-Free Performance, lightweight motor minimizes table
deflection problems, safety clutch with limit switch design eliminates
damage to lead screw or feeds if a hard stop is encountered.
