  • Worklight: (DA-62) Mounted on top of tongue for easy illumination of work and out of the way.
  • 3" Extra Throat Depth Assembly: (DA-13 for Model 5 / DA-60 for Model 15) Allows for an extra 3" of working depth (6" increased diameter).
  • 6" Extra Height Armpost: (DA-48 for Model 5 / DA-61 for Model 15) Allows an extra 6" in working height.
  • One Shot Lube System: (DA-25 for Model 5 / DA-24 for Model 15) One Shot Lube of all points.
  • Tilting Table Attachment: (DA-58) For Model 15 Only. Allows Tapers up to 4" per foot.
  • Swinging Clamp Bar Assembly: (DA-12 for Model 5 / DA-59 for Model 15) Allows for clamping of large pieces beyond the T-slots. Can Accommodate pieces up to 32" in diameter on the Model 15, and up to 30" in diameter on the Model 5.
  • Idexable Cutter Guide: (DA-86) For Model 15 Only. Used to guide a cutter for external slotting when a bushing is not used.
  • Micrometer Depth Stop: (DA-20) Offered for Model 5 (standard on Model 15) For more accurate stopping points.
  • Index Table: (DA-22) Accurate means of indexing workpieces for cutting multiple internal keyways, standard splines or multiple grooves.
  • Angle Block: (DA-9) Used to provide backup support of tall workpieces.
  • Step Feed Attachment: (DA-63) For Model 15B only. Adjustable Feed Rates up to 0.012" per stroke (0.001" increments) Can be turned off to allow for normal operation. Designed for keywaying or slotting parts that are thinner than the pitch (distance tooth to tooth). It limits the amount of table advance (infeed) per downstroke of the machine, regardless of the machine speed or feed pressure used.
  • Variable Speed Drive: (DA-27) For Model 15 Only. Infinitely variable speed range of 16 to 60 strokes per minute. Designed to increase tool life and a reduction in cutting time.
  • Work Centering Vee Blocks: (DA-7) Used to center workpieces with respect to the slot in the bushing, by means of three point contact, eliminating multiple setups for small quantities of workpieces that have different bore sizes, yet require the same size keyway.
  • Kwik Klamps: (DA-23) Made of Forged Steel with cam-action locks to speed up clamping, as opposed to conventional T-slot clamps.

Tooling

  • AF Cutters: Designed with side clearance, a 10° rake angle, and a relief angle for the higher speeds and feeds demanded by automatic cutting. They are accurately hardened and ground to provide optimum cutting efficiency and better finishes. Designed to be used in all Keyseater models.
  • AFS Cutters: AF style cutters with a staggered tooth configuration. They cut more efficiently and do not load with chips when cutting keyways over 5" long which are 1/2" in size or larger. In many cases they can eliminate the need to take a pilot cut. Designed to be used in all Keyseater Models.
  • Cutter Sets: In addition to individual cutters, cutter sets are available in the AF and AFS series. DA-17 set covers keyway sizes from 1/16" to 3/4". DA-18 set covers keyway sizes from 7/8" to 1-1/2". Metric size cutters are also offered in sets. Cutter Sets come in handy wooden, latchable cases to help protect the cutters.
  • Bushing Sets: Offered to complement the Cutter sets, instead of purchasing individual bushings. The DA-82 set is intended for use with the DA-17 Cutter set listed above. Bushing sets are available in English and Metric sizes.
